My Name is Michael Andrillo, I was born and raised in Staten Island, NY. I was always big into sports, especially football. I was fortunate enough to play college football at C W Post, a division 2 school in Long Island. After seriously injuring my knee my senior year, my football career was over. When the healing process was over, i was able to play in various leagues, but the passion for the game was no longer there. My search for my next challenge was on. I started getting into ufc, so i decided to give that a shot. I shortly trained with a few friends at a couple of gyms, after signing up for my 1st amateur mma fight. I ended up winning that fight by split decision. I went 5-1 as an amateur, then since i wasn't getting any younger i decided to take it to the next level and go pro. I finally joined a real legit gym with amazing trainers and very talented training partners, who all went on to fight for the ufc. Thou i was inexperienced and way behind the pro level, i won my pro debut fight by submission. At this point i should have been proud of my accomplishments and walked away from the sport, but i continued training and fighting. I ended up dealing with some medical issues and 2 serious injuries, thats held me out for 2-3 yrs. At the age of 36 i decided i would fight 1 last time and close this chapter of my life the right way, with a win. It didnt happen that way, i lost in the 1st rnd by tko. I dont regret anything regarding fighting, bc i learned alot, meet some great people, made some memories and achieved far more than i ever expected. Now that my fighting career is over the passion and love for the sport still burns inside me, so thats why i opened up the Inferno Training Center. I want to give back to the sport, and instruct n train people who love the sport as much as I do!
